This Human Rights and Modern Slavery Statement describes Diversit’s approach to respecting human rights and reducing the risk of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and child labour in our business and supply chain.

We are committed to conducting our business with respect for internationally recognised human rights principles, including the prohibition of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced or compulsory labour and child labour.
We expect people working with or for Diversit to be treated with dignity, fairness and respect. We do not knowingly support, tolerate or benefit from practices that exploit people, restrict freedom of movement, withhold identity documents, require recruitment fees from workers, or use coercion, threats or deception in employment or service delivery.
Our work is primarily office-based, remote or client-site professional services. Our supply chain is mainly made up of technology and business service providers, including cloud platforms, software vendors, professional advisers, recruitment or contractor support, office services and other administrative suppliers.
Because of the nature of our services, we assess the inherent risk of modern slavery within our direct operations as lower than in sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, construction, logistics or facilities labour. However, we recognise that modern slavery risk can exist in any supply chain, particularly where services involve subcontracting, lower-paid labour, migrant labour, complex supplier chains or jurisdictions with weaker labour protections.
Our approach is based on lawful, ethical and responsible business conduct. We expect our employees, contractors and suppliers to comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, anti-bribery, data protection, health and safety, human rights and modern slavery laws.
Where appropriate, we include expectations on lawful employment practices, confidentiality, security, compliance and ethical conduct in our supplier and client arrangements. We expect suppliers to provide services without forced labour, human trafficking, child labour, unlawful wage practices, unsafe working conditions or discrimination.
We apply a proportionate, risk-based approach to supplier selection and oversight. This may include considering the type of service, the country of operation, the use of subcontractors, the nature of the workforce, the supplier's reputation, and the importance of the supplier to our operations.
For higher-risk suppliers or engagements, we may request further information, require contractual commitments, review publicly available information, seek assurance on labour practices, or decide not to work with a supplier where concerns cannot be resolved.
If we identify a credible concern relating to modern slavery or human rights, we will assess the issue, seek appropriate remediation, and consider whether to suspend or end the relevant relationship. Our response will depend on the facts, severity, leverage available to us and the need to protect affected people from further harm.
We aim to provide a professional working environment where people are engaged freely, paid lawfully, and treated with respect. We expect hiring and contracting processes to comply with applicable labour, tax, immigration and employment requirements.
We do not knowingly use forced labour or child labour. We do not require workers to lodge deposits or identity documents with us as a condition of work, and we expect any recruitment or contractor arrangements connected to Diversit to be transparent and lawful.
We promote awareness of responsible business conduct through management oversight, onboarding, supplier discussions and periodic review of relevant policies and practices. People involved in supplier selection, contracting or delivery are expected to escalate concerns where they identify indicators of exploitation or unethical labour practices.
As our business grows, we will keep our training and awareness approach under review and adapt it to the scale and risk profile of our operations.
We monitor the effectiveness of our approach in a proportionate way, including by reviewing supplier concerns, reported issues, remediation actions, changes in our supply chain, and whether additional controls are needed for higher-risk services or jurisdictions.
We have not identified any confirmed instance of modern slavery in our direct operations or supply chain during the period covered by this statement. If that changes, we will take appropriate action based on the nature and severity of the issue.
Employees, contractors, suppliers, clients and other stakeholders are encouraged to raise concerns about suspected modern slavery, human trafficking or human rights issues connected with Diversit or our supply chain.
